Situation
A patient with a 1.5cm nodule in right lower lobe undergoes percutaneous
biopsy and cytology reveals an oat cell. what would you do ?
If the patient is fit.
Bone scan and CT head
Mediasteinoscopy despite normal size lymph nodes on CT scan
If the above are all clear then right lower lobectomy
Post operative chemotherapy
