What do these x-rays show ?
Probable mass in RUL causing distal consolidation. No obvious chest wall destruction evidence on CT (one image is dubious) although patient chest wall pain would be a better assessment. Mediastinum looks clear. Origin of the left pulmonary artery may be involved. If fit enough and appropriate this patient needs an exploratory thoracotomy. Options are wide including lobectomy, pneumonectomy with or without extra pleural strip /chest wall resection, or just open and close!
