Apical segment of right upper lobe comes off the trachea. The next orifice contains the anterior and posterior segments. The inferior orifice is the right main bronchus. 

Surgical Changes 

Wall stent in Right Main Bronchus and covering L main. 

Stent after trimming with NdiYaq laser. 

Wall stent after 2 years. 



Dumon stent coming out of R main bronchus into trachea
