Squamous Cell Papilloma

 

Oesophageal Squamous Papillomas or Squamocellular Papillomas are small polypoid lesions, which seldom produce any symptoms and therefore often are found incidentally. There is a very small risk of cancer development so these papillomas should usually be removed.
