Oesophageal Cancer with Bronchiectasis

Respiratory complications are common post OG, so they need fully assessing. Right sided pathology is more serious if a left sided approach is utilised, and vice versa, as the left side is invariably impaired post operatively due to it being collapsed during the period of the operation.
