2. Common coronary angiograms This was distributed free of charge at the 2002 UK Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons Meeting in Bouirnemouth. (Total 200 disks)

3. Advanced Cardiac Angiography was distributed at the 2003 UK Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons Meeting in Edinburgh. (Total 220 disks)

4. Esophageal surgery was also distributed at the 2003 UK Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons Meeting in Edinburgh.  (Total 220 disks)

5. Thoracic Surgery. Distributed at the 2004 UK Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons Meeting in Guernsey, and at the Thoracic Forum.  (Total 180 disks)
